You bring the knowledge of your business. We help you put AI to work.

What you get with your membership

Begin with one assistant, then return to the library when you’re ready to tackle another part of your business. Each exercise helps you build experience you can carry into the next.

Structured lessons

Follow a path through tools, privacy, security, business context and building your first AI assistant. Get the foundations in place and choose your next step with confidence.

Guided exercises and worked examples

Guided exercises show you what to provide, how to ask and how to check the result. Practise with fictional business examples before using your own information.

A library of business roles

Explore assistants for marketing, sales, customer service and operations. Build your AI workforce: AI assistants with defined jobs, working alongside your people. Start with one role and apply what you learn to the next.

See what a first exercise looks like

Picture your meeting notes organised into draft decisions, actions and questions, ready for you to review. Here’s a small fictional example of the approach:

You provide

“We agreed to keep agenda A. Jo will draft the checklist. Someone should review the folder.”

AI prepares

Decision: Keep agenda A.
Action: Jo to draft the checklist.
Questions: Who will review the folder? When are both tasks due?

You check

Compare the draft with the notes. No folder owner or deadlines were agreed: the assistant should flag those gaps, rather than invent answers. Confirm the details before sharing.

The exercise teaches you to distinguish an agreed action from a suggestion and keep missing details visible. That makes the draft easier to review and follow up.

Learn with experience behind you

Katherine, our founder, began working with AI in 1989. She is a qualified teacher with experience teaching engineering and business, and a background in management consultancy.

That shapes our approach: clear explanations, practical learning and business judgement. We help you develop your own capability.

Meet Katherine.

Learn. Build. Deploy. Grow.

Choose a task worth improving. Build an assistant with clear instructions. Test its work before putting it into use, then improve what works.

You don’t need a technical background to begin. Already using AI? Bring that experience and choose a task that takes you further.

Make your next repeated task your starting point.

Join AI dojo to work on a follow-up you write every week, research you keep repeating or notes waiting to become actions. Choose an exercise that fits and put your learning into practice.
